Bequests
Over the years many generous and caring Kiwis have made provision in their wills for special gifts to charities.
If you would like to join them, supporting the lives of those in your community and becoming a change agent for the benefit of future generations, you can make a gift in the form of a bequest in your will, to Friendship House.
You may wish to prepare a statement of gift and ask your legal advisor to include it in your will.
Example of bequest text:
"I give and bequeath the sum of $_____________ (or) _____________% of my estate, (or) residue of my estate, (or) property or assets as follows: _____________________ free of all charges to the Order of The Friendship House Trust. The official receipt of the Chief Executive or other authorised officer of the Trustee is an absolute discharge to my executors."
Please note: your bequest must be written into your will and must be signed by you.
Or you can make a donation now using the following form.
