Counselling Modalities
Every person’s journey is unique, so we use a variety of evidence-based counselling approaches to support healing and growth. Our counsellors draw from both traditional and creative techniques (modalities) to meet you where you are.
From Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) to expressive techniques like music and active drawing therapy, we’ll work with you to find an approach that feels right and makes sense for your story. For younger clients, we offer specialised child-focused methods like play therapy to help them express and explore their feelings in a safe, age-appropriate way.
